尼希米記 (Nehemiah) 1:1-11

1:1 哈迦利亞的兒子尼希米的言語如下：亞達薛西王二十年，基斯流月，我在書珊城的宮中。The words of Nehemiah son of Hacaliah: In the month of Kislev in the twentieth year, while I was in the citadel of Susa,

1:2 那時，有我一個弟兄哈拿尼，同着幾個人從猶大來。我問他們那些被擄歸回剩下逃脫的猶大人，和耶路撒冷的光景。Hanani, one of my brothers, came from Judah with some other men, and I questioned them about the Jewish remnant that survived the exile, and also about Jerusalem.

1:3 他們對我說：“那些被擄歸回剩下的人，在猶大省遭大難，受凌辱；並且耶路撒冷的城牆拆毀，城門被火焚燒。” They said to me, “Those who survived the exile and are back in the province are in great trouble and disgrace. The wall of Jerusalem is broken down, and its gates have been burned with fire.”

1:4 我聽見這話，就坐下哭泣，悲哀幾日。在天上的　神面前禁食祈禱說：When I heard these things, I sat down and wept. For some days I mourned and fasted and prayed before the God of heaven.

1:5 “耶和華天上的　神，大而可畏的　神啊！你向愛你、守你誡命的人，守約施慈愛。Then I said: “O LORD , God of heaven, the great and awesome God, who keeps his covenant of love with those who love him and obey his commands,

1:6 願你睜眼看，側耳聽，你僕人晝夜在你面前為你眾僕人以色列民的祈禱，承認我們以色列人向你所犯的罪；我與我父家都有罪了。let your ear be attentive and your eyes open to hear the prayer your servant is praying before you day and night for your servants, the people of Israel. I confess the sins we Israelites, including myself and my father’s house, have committed against you.

1:7 我們向你所行的甚是邪惡，沒有遵守你藉着僕人摩西所吩咐的誡命、律例、典章。We have acted very wickedly toward you. We have not obeyed the commands, decrees and laws you gave your servant Moses.

1:8 求你記念所吩咐你僕人摩西的話，說，你們若犯罪，我就把你們分散在萬民中；”Remember the instruction you gave your servant Moses, saying, ‘If you are unfaithful, I will scatter you among the nations,

1:9 但你們若歸向我，謹守遵行我的誡命，你們被趕散的人，雖在天涯，我也必從那裡將他們招聚回來，帶到我所選擇立為我名的居所。but if you return to me and obey my commands, then even if your exiled people are at the farthest horizon, I will gather them from there and bring them to the place I have chosen as a dwelling for my Name.’

1:10 這都是你的僕人，你的百姓，就是你用大力和大能的手，所救贖的。”They are your servants and your people, whom you redeemed by your great strength and your mighty hand.

1:11 主啊！求你側耳聽你僕人的祈禱，和喜愛敬畏你名眾僕人的祈禱，使你僕人現今亨通，在王面前蒙恩。”我是作王酒政的。O Lord, let your ear be attentive to the prayer of this your servant and to the prayer of your servants who delight in revering your name. Give your servant success today by granting him favor in the presence of this man.” I was cupbearer to the king.

帖前5:12-24

5:12 弟兄們，我們勸你們敬重那在你們中間勞苦的人，就是在主裡面治理你們、勸戒你們的；Now we ask you, brothers, to respect those who work hard among you, who are over you in the Lord and who admonish you.

5:13 又因他們所作的工，用愛心格外尊重他們；你們也要彼此和睦。Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other.

5:14 我們又勸弟兄們，要警戒不守規矩的人，勉勵灰心的人，扶助軟弱的人，也要向眾人忍耐。And we urge you, brothers, warn those who are idle, encourage the timid, help the weak, be patient with everyone.

5:15 你們要謹慎，無論是誰都不可以惡報惡；或是彼此相待，或是待眾人，常要追求良善。Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always try to be kind to each other and to everyone else.

5:16 要常常喜樂，Be joyful always;

5:17 不住地禱告，pray continually

5:18 凡事謝恩，因為這是　神在基督耶穌里向你們所定的旨意。give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

5:19 不要消滅聖靈的感動，Do not put out the Spirit’s fire;

5:20 不要藐視先知的講論。do not treat prophecies with contempt.

5:21 但要凡事察驗，善美的要持守；Test everything. Hold on to the good.

5:22 各樣的惡事要禁戒不作。Avoid every kind of evil.

5:23 願賜平安的　神親自使你們全然成聖。又願你們的靈與魂與身子得蒙保守，在我主耶穌基督降臨的時候，完全無可指摘。May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

5:24 那召你們的本是信實的，他必成就這事。The one who calls you is faithful and he will do it.

使徒行傳 (Acts) 1:4-5, 2:1-11

1:4耶穌和他們聚集的時候，囑咐他們說：不要離開耶路撒冷，要等候父所應許的，就是你們聽見我說過的。While meeting with them, he enjoined them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for “the promise of the Father about which you have heard me speak

1:5約翰是用水施洗，但不多幾日，你們要受聖靈的洗。for John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the holy Spirit.”

1. 五旬節到了，門徒都聚集在一處。When the time for Pentecost was fulfilled, they were all in one place together
2. 忽然，從天上有響聲下來，好像一陣大風吹過，充滿了他們所坐的屋子，And suddenly there came from the sky a noise like a strong driving wind, and it filled the entire house in which they were
3. 又有舌頭如火焰顯現出來，分開落在他們各人頭上。Then there appeared to them tongues as of fire, which parted and came to rest on each one of them
4. 他們就都被聖靈充滿，按着聖靈所賜的口才說起別國的話來。And they were all filled with the holy Spirit and began to speak in different tongues, as the Spirit enabled them to proclaim
5. 那時，有虔誠的猶太人從天下各國來，住在耶路撒冷。Now there were devout Jews from every nation under heaven staying in Jerusalem.
6. 這聲音一響，眾人都來聚集，各人聽見門徒用眾人的鄉談說話，就甚納悶；At this sound, they gathered in a large crowd, but they were confused because each one heard them speaking in his own language.
7. 都驚訝希奇說：看哪，這說話的不都是加利利人嗎﹖They were astounded, and in amazement they asked, “Are not all these people who are speaking Galileans?
8. 我們各人，怎麼聽見他們說我們生來所用的鄉談呢﹖Then how does each of us hear them in his own native language?
9. 我們帕提亞人、瑪代人、以攔人，和住在米所波大米、猶太、加帕多家、本都、亞西亞、We are Parthians, Medes, and Elamites, inhabitants of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia,
10. 弗呂家、旁非利亞、埃及的人，並靠近古利奈的呂彼亞一帶地方的人，從羅馬來的客旅中，或是猶太人，或是進猶太教的人，Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the districts of Libya near Cyrene, as well as travelers from Rome,
11. 革哩底和亞拉伯人，都聽見他們用我們的鄉談，講說神的大作為。both Jews and converts to Judaism, Cretans and Arabs, yet we hear them speaking in our own tongues of the mighty acts of God

³ 他們對我說：“那些被擄歸回剩下的人在猶大省遭大難，受凌辱，並且耶路撒冷的城牆拆毀，城門被火焚燒。”

⁴ 我聽見這話，就坐下哭泣，悲哀幾日，在天上的神面前禁食祈禱，說：

¹⁷ 以後，我對他們說：“我們所遭的難，耶路撒冷怎樣荒涼，城門被火焚燒，你們都看見了。來吧，我們重建耶路撒冷的城牆，免得再受凌辱。” ¹⁸ 我告訴他們我神施恩的手怎樣幫助我，並王對我所說的話。他們就說：“我們起來建造吧！”於是他們奮勇做這善工。

3 那時，大祭司以利亞實和他的弟兄眾祭司起來建立羊門，分別為聖，安立門扇，又築城牆到哈米亞樓，直到哈楠業樓，分別為聖。 ² 其次是耶利哥人建造。其次是音利的兒子撒刻建造。

¹⁰ 其次是哈路抹的兒子耶大雅對着自己的房屋修造。其次是哈沙尼的兒子哈突修造。

²³ 其次是便雅憫與哈述對着自己的房屋修造。其次是亞難尼的孫子、瑪西雅的兒子亞撒利雅在靠近自己的房屋修造。

²⁸ 從馬門往上，眾祭司各對自己的房屋修造。 ²⁹ 其次是音麥的兒子撒督對着自己的房屋修造。其次是守東門示迦尼的兒子示瑪雅修造。 ³⁰ 其次是示利米雅的兒子哈拿尼雅和薩拉的第六子哈嫩又修一段。其次是比利迦的兒子米書蘭對着自己的房屋修造。

Nehemiah 1:3-4;2:17-18;3:1-2,10,23,28-30

³ They said to me, “Those who survived the exile and are back in the province are in great trouble and disgrace. The wall of Jerusalem is broken down, and its gates have been burned with fire.” ⁴ When I heard these things, I sat down and wept. For some days I mourned and fasted and prayed before the God of heaven.

¹⁷ Then I said to them, “You see the trouble we are in: Jerusalem lies in ruins, and its gates have been burned with fire. Come, let us rebuild the wall of Jerusalem, and we will no longer be in disgrace.” ¹⁸ I also told them about the gracious hand of my God on me and what the king had said to me. They replied, “Let us start rebuilding.” So they began this good work.

3 Eliashib the high priest and his fellow priests went to work and rebuiltthe Sheep Gate. They dedicated it and set its doors in place, building as far as the Tower of the Hundred, which they dedicated, and as far as the Tower of Hananel. ² The men of Jericho built the adjoining section, and Zakkur son of Imri built next to them.

¹⁰ Adjoining this, Jedaiah son of Harumaph made repairs opposite his house, and Hattush son of Hashabneiah made repairs next to him.

²³ Beyond them, Benjamin and Hasshub made repairs in front of their house; and next to them, Azariah son of Maaseiah, the son of Ananiah, made repairs beside his house.

²⁸ Above the Horse Gate, the priests made repairs, each in front of his own house. ²⁹ Next to them, Zadok son of Immer made repairs opposite his house. Next to him, Shemaiah son of Shekaniah, the guard at the East Gate, made repairs. ³⁰ Next to him, Hananiah son of Shelemiah, and Hanun, the sixth son of Zalaph, repaired another section. Next to them, Meshullam son of Berekiah made repairs opposite his living quarters.

馬太福音 Matthew 6：22-23

²² 眼 睛 就 是 身 上 的 燈 。 你 的 眼 睛 若 瞭 亮 ， 全 身 就 光 明 ；

²³ 你 的 眼 睛 若 昏 花 ， 全 身 就 黑 暗 。 你 裡 頭 的 光 若 黑 暗 了 ， 那 黑 暗 是 何 等 大 呢 ！

²² “The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy,^[a] your whole body will be full of light. ²³ But if your eyes are unhealthy,^[b] your whole body will be full of darkness.

馬太福音4:1, 20:18-19 羅馬書 5:8, 8:30

馬太福音 4 ¹後來，耶穌被聖靈帶到曠野，去受魔鬼的試探。^20:18 “你們要留意，我們現在前往耶路撒冷，人子將被交在祭司長和律法教師的手中。他們要判祂死刑， ¹⁹ 把祂交給外族人，受嘲弄、鞭打，被釘在十字架上。但第三天祂必復活。”

羅馬書  ^5:8 但基督卻在我們還做罪人的時候為我們死！上帝的愛就這樣顯明了。^8:30 祂所預定的人，祂也呼召他們；祂所呼召的人，祂也稱他們為義人；祂所稱為義人的人，祂也使他們得榮耀。

Mathew 4:1: Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted^[a] by the devil. 20:18 We are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be delivered over to the chief priests and the teachers of the law. They will condemn him to death ¹⁹ and will hand him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and flogged and crucified. On the third day he will be raised to life!”

Romans 5:8: But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 8:30 And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified

1有 一 個 法 利 賽 人 ， 名 叫 尼 哥 底 母 ， 是 猶 太 人 的 官 。 2這 人 夜 里 來 見 耶 穌 ， 說 「 拉 比 ， 我 們 知 道 你 是 由 神 那 來 作 師 傅 的 ； 因 為 你 所 行 的 神 跡 ， 若 沒 有 神 同 在 ， 無 人 能 行 。 」 3耶 穌 回 答 說 ： 「 我 實 實 在 在 地 告 訴 你 ， 人 若 不 重 生 ， 就 不 能 見 神 的 國 。 」 4尼 哥 底 母 說 ： 「 人 已 經 老 了 ， 如 何 能 重 生 呢 ？ 豈 能 再 進 母 腹 生 出 來 嗎 ？ 」 5耶 穌 說 ： 「 我 實 實 在 在 的 告 訴 你 ， 人 若 不 是 從 水 和 聖 靈 生 的 ， 就 不 能 進 神 的 國 。 6從 肉 身 生 的 就 是 肉 身 ； 從 靈 生 的 就 是 靈 。 7我 說 ： 『 你 們 必 須 重 生 』 ， 你 不 要 以 為 希 奇 。 8風 隨 着 意 思 吹 ， 你 聽 見 風 的 響 聲 ， 卻 不 曉 得 從 那 里 來 ， 往 那 里 去 ； 凡 從 聖 靈 生 的 ， 也 是 如 此 。 」 9尼 哥 底 母 問 他 說 ： 「 怎 能 有 這 事 呢 ？ 」 10耶 穌 回 答 說 ： 「 你 是 以 色 列 人 的 先 生 ， 還 不 明 白 這 事 嗎 ？ 11我 實 實 在 在 的 告 訴 你 ， 我 們 所 說 的 是 我 們 知 道 的 ； 我 們 所 見 證 的 是 我 們 見 過 的 ； 你 們 卻 不 領 受 我 們 的 見 證 。 12我 對 你 們 說 地 上 的 事 ， 你 們 尚 且 不 信 ， 若 說 天 上 的 事 ， 如 何 能 信 呢 ？ 13除 了 從 天 降 下 、 仍 舊 在 天 的 人 子 ， 沒 有 人 升 過 天 。 14摩 西 在 曠 野 怎 樣 舉 蛇 ， 人 子 也 必 照 樣 被 舉 起 來 ， 15叫 一 切 信 他 的 都 得 永 生 （ 或 作 ： 叫 一 切 信 的 人 在 他 里 面 得 永 生 ） 。
