罗马书 Romans 9:8-9
9:8 这就是说，肉身所生的儿女不是　神的儿女，惟独那应许的儿女才算是后裔。In other words, it is not the natural children who are God’s children, but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as Abraham’s offspring.
9:9 因为所应许的话是这样说：“到明年这时候我要来，撒拉必生一个儿子。”For this was how the promise was stated: “At the appointed time I will return, and Sarah will have a son.”

提 摩 太 后 书 2 Timothy 2:20-22
2:20 在大户人家，不但有金器银器，也有木器瓦器；有作为贵重的，有作为卑贱的。But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.
2:21 人若自洁，脱离卑贱的事，就必作贵重的器皿，成为圣洁，合乎主用，预备行各样的善事。If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.
2:22 你要逃避少年的私欲，同那清心祷告主的人追求公义、信德、仁爱、和平。Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

1. 帖前5：12-24

5:12 弟兄姊妹們，我們求你們，要尊重那些在你們當中辛勞工作─那些主所選召來勸誡你們的人。Now we ask you, brothers, to respect those who work hard among you, who are over you in the Lord and who admonish you.
5:13 為了他們的工作，你們應該用最大的敬意和愛心對待他們。你們自己也要和睦相處。Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other.
5:14 弟兄姊妹們，我們勸你們，要警告懶惰的人，鼓勵灰心的人，扶助軟弱的人，耐心待每一個人。And we urge you, brothers, warn those who are idle, encourage the timid, help the weak, be patient with everyone.
5:15 要謹慎，誰都不可以惡報惡，要常常彼此關心，為別人的好處著想。Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always try to be kind to each other and to everyone else.
5:16 要常常喜樂，Be joyful always;
5:17 常常禱告，pray continually;
5:18 在任何環境中都要感謝。這是上帝為你們這些屬於基督耶穌的人所定的旨意。give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
5:19 不要抑制聖靈的工作；Do not put out the Spirit’s fire;
5:20 不要輕視信息的傳講。do not treat prophecies with contempt.
5:21 要詳細察驗每一件事，持守那美善的，Test everything. Hold on to the good.
5:22 棄絕一切邪惡。Avoid every kind of evil.
5:23 願那賜平安給我們的上帝使你們完全聖潔！願他保守你們的靈、魂、體，在我們的主耶穌基督再來的時候完整無缺！May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
5:24 那選召你們的上帝是信實可靠的；他一定成全這事。The one who calls you is faithful and he will do it.

尼希米记 (Nehemiah) 1:1-11

1:1 哈迦利亚的儿子尼希米的言语如下：亚达薛西王二十年，基斯流月，我在书珊城的宫中。The words of Nehemiah son of Hacaliah: In the month of Kislev in the twentieth year, while I was in the citadel of Susa,

1:2 那时，有我一个弟兄哈拿尼，同着几个人从犹大来。我问他们那些被掳归回剩下逃脱的犹大人，和耶路撒冷的光景。Hanani, one of my brothers, came from Judah with some other men, and I questioned them about the Jewish remnant that survived the exile, and also about Jerusalem.

1:3 他们对我说：“那些被掳归回剩下的人，在犹大省遭大难，受凌辱；并且耶路撒冷的城墙拆毁，城门被火焚烧。” They said to me, “Those who survived the exile and are back in the province are in great trouble and disgrace. The wall of Jerusalem is broken down, and its gates have been burned with fire.”

1:4 我听见这话，就坐下哭泣，悲哀几日。在天上的　神面前禁食祈祷说：When I heard these things, I sat down and wept. For some days I mourned and fasted and prayed before the God of heaven.

1:5 “耶和华天上的　神，大而可畏的　神啊！你向爱你、守你诫命的人，守约施慈爱。Then I said: “O LORD , God of heaven, the great and awesome God, who keeps his covenant of love with those who love him and obey his commands,

1:6 愿你睁眼看，侧耳听，你仆人昼夜在你面前为你众仆人以色列民的祈祷，承认我们以色列人向你所犯的罪；我与我父家都有罪了。let your ear be attentive and your eyes open to hear the prayer your servant is praying before you day and night for your servants, the people of Israel. I confess the sins we Israelites, including myself and my father’s house, have committed against you.

1:7 我们向你所行的甚是邪恶，没有遵守你藉着仆人摩西所吩咐的诫命、律例、典章。We have acted very wickedly toward you. We have not obeyed the commands, decrees and laws you gave your servant Moses.

1:8 求你记念所吩咐你仆人摩西的话，说，你们若犯罪，我就把你们分散在万民中；”Remember the instruction you gave your servant Moses, saying, ‘If you are unfaithful, I will scatter you among the nations,

1:9 但你们若归向我，谨守遵行我的诫命，你们被赶散的人，虽在天涯，我也必从那里将他们招聚回来，带到我所选择立为我名的居所。but if you return to me and obey my commands, then even if your exiled people are at the farthest horizon, I will gather them from there and bring them to the place I have chosen as a dwelling for my Name.’

1:10 这都是你的仆人，你的百姓，就是你用大力和大能的手，所救赎的。”They are your servants and your people, whom you redeemed by your great strength and your mighty hand.

1:11 主啊！求你侧耳听你仆人的祈祷，和喜爱敬畏你名众仆人的祈祷，使你仆人现今亨通，在王面前蒙恩。”我是作王酒政的。O Lord, let your ear be attentive to the prayer of this your servant and to the prayer of your servants who delight in revering your name. Give your servant success today by granting him favor in the presence of this man.” I was cupbearer to the king.

帖前5:12-24

5:12 弟兄们，我们劝你们敬重那在你们中间劳苦的人，就是在主里面治理你们、劝戒你们的；Now we ask you, brothers, to respect those who work hard among you, who are over you in the Lord and who admonish you.

5:15 你们要谨慎，无论是谁都不可以恶报恶；或是彼此相待，或是待众人，常要追求良善。Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always try to be kind to each other and to everyone else.

5:17 不住地祷告，pray continually

5:18 凡事谢恩，因为这是　神在基督耶稣里向你们所定的旨意。give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

5:19 不要消灭圣灵的感动，Do not put out the Spirit’s fire;

5:20 不要藐视先知的讲论。do not treat prophecies with contempt.

5:21 但要凡事察验，善美的要持守；Test everything. Hold on to the good.

5:22 各样的恶事要禁戒不作。Avoid every kind of evil.

5:23 愿赐平安的　神亲自使你们全然成圣。又愿你们的灵与魂与身子得蒙保守，在我主耶稣基督降临的时候，完全无可指摘。May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

5:24 那召你们的本是信实的，他必成就这事。The one who calls you is faithful and he will do it.

⁴ 我听见这话，就坐下哭泣，悲哀几日，在天上的神面前禁食祈祷，说：

¹⁷ 以后，我对他们说：“我们所遭的难，耶路撒冷怎样荒凉，城门被火焚烧，你们都看见了。来吧，我们重建耶路撒冷的城墙，免得再受凌辱。” ¹⁸ 我告诉他们我神施恩的手怎样帮助我，并王对我所说的话。他们就说：“我们起来建造吧！”于是他们奋勇做这善工。

3 那时，大祭司以利亚实和他的弟兄众祭司起来建立羊门，分别为圣，安立门扇，又筑城墙到哈米亚楼，直到哈楠业楼，分别为圣。 ² 其次是耶利哥人建造。其次是音利的儿子撒刻建造。

³ They said to me, “Those who survived the exile and are back in the province are in great trouble and disgrace. The wall of Jerusalem is broken down, and its gates have been burned with fire.” ⁴ When I heard these things, I sat down and wept. For some days I mourned and fasted and prayed before the God of heaven.

¹⁷ Then I said to them, “You see the trouble we are in: Jerusalem lies in ruins, and its gates have been burned with fire. Come, let us rebuild the wall of Jerusalem, and we will no longer be in disgrace.” ¹⁸ I also told them about the gracious hand of my God on me and what the king had said to me. They replied, “Let us start rebuilding.” So they began this good work.

3 Eliashib the high priest and his fellow priests went to work and rebuiltthe Sheep Gate. They dedicated it and set its doors in place, building as far as the Tower of the Hundred, which they dedicated, and as far as the Tower of Hananel. ² The men of Jericho built the adjoining section, and Zakkur son of Imri built next to them.

¹⁰ Adjoining this, Jedaiah son of Harumaph made repairs opposite his house, and Hattush son of Hashabneiah made repairs next to him.

²³ Beyond them, Benjamin and Hasshub made repairs in front of their house; and next to them, Azariah son of Maaseiah, the son of Ananiah, made repairs beside his house.

²⁸ Above the Horse Gate, the priests made repairs, each in front of his own house. ²⁹ Next to them, Zadok son of Immer made repairs opposite his house. Next to him, Shemaiah son of Shekaniah, the guard at the East Gate, made repairs. ³⁰ Next to him, Hananiah son of Shelemiah, and Hanun, the sixth son of Zalaph, repaired another section. Next to them, Meshullam son of Berekiah made repairs opposite his living quarters.

马太福音 Matthew 6：22-23

²² 眼 睛 就 是 身 上 的 燈 。 你 的 眼 睛 若 瞭 亮 ， 全 身 就 光 明 ；

²³ 你 的 眼 睛 若 昏 花 ， 全 身 就 黑 暗 。 你 裡 頭 的 光 若 黑 暗 了 ， 那 黑 暗 是 何 等 大 呢 ！

²² “The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy,^[a] your whole body will be full of light. ²³ But if your eyes are unhealthy,^[b] your whole body will be full of darkness.

馬太福音4:1, 20:18-19 羅馬書 5:8, 8:30

马太福音 4 ¹后来，耶稣被圣灵带到旷野，去受魔鬼的试探。^20:18 “你们要留意，我们现在前往耶路撒冷，人子将被交在祭司长和律法教师的手中。他们要判祂死刑， ¹⁹ 把祂交给外族人，受嘲弄、鞭打，被钉在十字架上。但第三天祂必复活。”

罗马书  ^5:8 但基督却在我们还做罪人的时候为我们死！上帝的爱就这样显明了。^8:30 祂所预定的人，祂也呼召他们；祂所呼召的人，祂也称他们为义人；祂所称为义人的人，祂也使他们得荣耀。

Mathew 4:1: Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted^[a] by the devil. 20:18 We are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be delivered over to the chief priests and the teachers of the law. They will condemn him to death ¹⁹ and will hand him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and flogged and crucified. On the third day he will be raised to life!”

Romans 5:8: But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 8:30 And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified
