約翰福音 John 1:35-51
1:35 再次日，約翰同兩個門徒站在那裡。The next day John was there again with two of his disciples.
1:36 他見耶穌行走，就說：“看哪！這是 神的羔羊。”When he saw Jesus passing by, he said, “Look, the Lamb of God!”
1:37 兩個門徒聽見他的話，就跟從了耶穌。When the two disciples heard him say this, they followed Jesus.
1:38 耶穌轉過身來，看見他們跟着，就問他們說：“你們要什麼？”他們說：“拉比，在哪裡住？”(拉比翻出來就是夫子。)Turning around, Jesus saw them following and asked, “What do you want?” They said, “Rabbi” (which means Teacher), “where are you staying?”
1:39 耶穌說：“你們來看。”他們就去看他在哪裡住。這一天便與他同住，那時約有申正了。 “Come,” he replied, “and you will see.” So they went and saw where he was staying, and spent that day with him. It was about the tenth hour.
1:40 聽見約翰的話跟從耶穌的那兩個人，一個是西門彼得的兄弟安得烈。Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, was one of the two who heard what John had said and who had followed Jesus.
1:41 他先找着自己的哥哥西門，對他說：“我們遇見彌賽亞了。”(彌賽亞翻出來就是基督。) The first thing Andrew did was to find his brother Simon and tell him, “We have found the Messiah” (that is, the Christ).
1:42 於是領他去見耶穌。耶穌看着他，說：“你是約翰的兒子西門(“約翰”馬太十六章十七節稱“約拿”)，你要稱為磯法。”(磯法翻出來就是彼得。)And he brought him to Jesus. Jesus looked at him and said, “You are Simon son of John. You will be called Cephas” (which, when translated, is Peter ). (Jesus Calls Philip and Nathanael )
1:43 又次日，耶穌想要往加利利去，遇見腓力，就對他說：“來跟從我吧。”The next day Jesus decided to leave for Galilee. Finding Philip, he said to him, “Follow me.”
1:44 這腓力是伯賽大人，和安得烈、彼得同城。Philip, like Andrew and Peter, was from the town of Bethsaida.
1:45 腓力找着拿但業，對他說：“摩西在律法上所寫的，和眾先知所記的那一位，我們遇見了，就是約瑟的兒子拿撒勒人耶穌。”Philip found Nathanael and told him, “We have found the one Moses wrote about in the Law, and about whom the prophets also wrote–Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”
1:46 拿但業對他說：“拿撒勒還能出什麼好的嗎？”腓力說：“你來看。” “Nazareth! Can anything good come from there?” Nathanael asked. “Come and see,” said Philip.
1:47 耶穌看見拿但業來，就指着他說：“看哪！這是個真以色列人，他心裡是沒有詭詐的。”When Jesus saw Nathanael approaching, he said of him, “Here is a true Israelite, in whom there is nothing false.”
1:48 拿但業對耶穌說：“你從哪裡知道我呢？”耶穌回答說：“腓力還沒有招呼你，你在無花果樹底下，我就看見你了。””How do you know me?” Nathanael asked. Jesus answered, “I saw you while you were still under the fig tree before Philip called you.”
1:49 拿但業說：“拉比，你是 神的兒子，你是以色列的王。”Then Nathanael declared, “Rabbi, you are the Son of God; you are the King of Israel.”
1:50 耶穌對他說：“因為我說在無花果樹底下看見你，你就信嗎？你將要看見比這更大的事。”Jesus said, “You believe because I told you I saw you under the fig tree. You shall see greater things than that.”
1:51 又說：“我實實在在地告訴你們，你們將要看見天開了， 神的使者上去下來在人子身上。”He then added, “I tell you the truth, you shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of Man.”

利未記 (Leviticus) 10:8-11
10:8 耶和華曉諭亞倫說：Then the LORD said to Aaron,
10:9 “你和你兒子進會幕的時候，清酒、濃酒都不可喝，免得你們死亡；這要作你們世世代代永遠的定例。”You and your sons are not to drink wine or other fermented drink whenever you go into the Tent of Meeting, or you will die. This is a lasting ordinance for the generations to come.
10:10 使你們可以將聖的、俗的、潔凈的、不潔凈的，分別出來。You must distinguish between the holy and the common, between the unclean and the clean,
10:11 又使你們可以將耶和華借摩西曉諭以色列人的一切律例，教訓他們。”and you must teach the Israelites all the decrees the LORD has given them through Moses.”
竭力追求 Press On Toward The Goal

腓立比書 Philippians 3:7-14
3:7 只是我先前以為與我有益的，我現在因基督都當作有損的。But whatever was to my profit I now consider loss for the sake of Christ.
3:8 不但如此，我也將萬事當作有損的，因我以認識我主基督耶穌為至寶。我為他已經丟棄萬事，看作糞土，為要得着基督；What is more, I consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ
3:9 並且得以在他裡面，不是有自己因律法而得的義，乃是有信基督的義，就是因信 神而來的義，and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ–the righteousness that comes from God and is by faith.
3:10 使我認識基督，曉得他復活的大能，並且曉得和他一同受苦，效法他的死，I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death,
3:11 或者我也得以從死里復活。and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead. (Pressing on Toward the Goal )
3:12 這不是說我已經得着了，已經完全了，我乃是竭力追求，或者可以得着耶穌基督所以得着我的(“所以得着我的”或作“所要我得的”)。
Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me.
3:13 弟兄們，我不是以為自己已經得着了，我只有一件事，就是忘記背後，努力面前的，Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead,
3:14 向著標竿直跑，要得 神在基督耶穌里從上面召我來得的獎賞。I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

3:16 求他按着他豐盛的榮耀，藉着他的靈，叫你們心裡的力量剛強起來，I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being,
3:17 使基督因你們的信，住在你們心裡，叫你們的愛心，有根有基，so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love,
3:18 能以和眾聖徒一同明白基督的愛，是何等長闊高深，may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ,
3:19 並知道這愛是過於人所能測度的，便叫 神一切所充滿的，充滿了你們。and to know this love that surpasses knowledge–that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
3:20 神能照着運行在我們心裡的大力，充充足足地成就一切，超過我們所求所想的。Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us,
3:21 但願他在教會中，並在基督耶穌里，得着榮耀，直到世世代代，永永遠遠。阿們！to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.

羅馬書 Romans 9:8-9
9:8 這就是說，肉身所生的兒女不是 神的兒女，惟獨那應許的兒女才算是後裔。In other words, it is not the natural children who are God’s children, but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as Abraham’s offspring.
9:9 因為所應許的話是這樣說：“到明年這時候我要來，撒拉必生一個兒子。”For this was how the promise was stated: “At the appointed time I will return, and Sarah will have a son.”

提 摩 太 後 書 2 Timothy 2:20-22
2:20 在大戶人家，不但有金器銀器，也有木器瓦器；有作為貴重的，有作為卑賤的。But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.
2:21 人若自潔，脫離卑賤的事，就必作貴重的器皿，成為聖潔，合乎主用，預備行各樣的善事。If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.
2:22 你要逃避少年的私慾，同那清心禱告主的人追求公義、信德、仁愛、和平。Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

5:12 弟兄姊妹們，我們求你們，要尊重那些在你們當中辛勞工作─那些主所選召來勸誡你們的人。Now we ask you, brothers, to respect those who work hard among you, who are over you in the Lord and who admonish you.
5:13 為了他們的工作，你們應該用最大的敬意和愛心對待他們。你們自己也要和睦相處。Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other.
5:14 弟兄姊妹們，我們勸你們，要警告懶惰的人，鼓勵灰心的人，扶助軟弱的人，耐心待每一個人。And we urge you, brothers, warn those who are idle, encourage the timid, help the weak, be patient with everyone.
5:15 要謹慎，誰都不可以惡報惡，要常常彼此關心，為別人的好處著想。Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always try to be kind to each other and to everyone else.
5:16 要常常喜樂，Be joyful always;
5:17 常常禱告，pray continually;
5:18 在任何環境中都要感謝。這是上帝為你們這些屬於基督耶穌的人所定的旨意。give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
5:19 不要抑制聖靈的工作；Do not put out the Spirit’s fire;
5:20 不要輕視信息的傳講。do not treat prophecies with contempt.
5:21 要詳細察驗每一件事，持守那美善的，Test everything. Hold on to the good.
5:22 棄絕一切邪惡。Avoid every kind of evil.
5:23 願那賜平安給我們的上帝使你們完全聖潔！願他保守你們的靈、魂、體，在我們的主耶穌基督再來的時候完整無缺！May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
5:24 那選召你們的上帝是信實可靠的；他一定成全這事。The one who calls you is faithful and he will do it.

1:1 哈迦利亞的兒子尼希米的言語如下：亞達薛西王二十年，基斯流月，我在書珊城的宮中。The words of Nehemiah son of Hacaliah: In the month of Kislev in the twentieth year, while I was in the citadel of Susa,
1:2 那時，有我一個弟兄哈拿尼，同着幾個人從猶大來。我問他們那些被擄歸回剩下逃脫的猶大人，和耶路撒冷的光景。Hanani, one of my brothers, came from Judah with some other men, and I questioned them about the Jewish remnant that survived the exile, and also about Jerusalem.
1:3 他們對我說：“那些被擄歸回剩下的人，在猶大省遭大難，受凌辱；並且耶路撒冷的城牆拆毀，城門被火焚燒。” They said to me, “Those who survived the exile and are back in the province are in great trouble and disgrace. The wall of Jerusalem is broken down, and its gates have been burned with fire.”
1:4 我聽見這話，就坐下哭泣，悲哀幾日。在天上的 神面前禁食祈禱說：When I heard these things, I sat down and wept. For some days I mourned and fasted and prayed before the God of heaven.
1:5 “耶和華天上的 神，大而可畏的 神啊！你向愛你、守你誡命的人，守約施慈愛。Then I said: “O LORD , God of heaven, the great and awesome God, who keeps his covenant of love with those who love him and obey his commands,
1:6 願你睜眼看，側耳聽，你僕人晝夜在你面前為你眾僕人以色列民的祈禱，承認我們以色列人向你所犯的罪；我與我父家都有罪了。let your ear be attentive and your eyes open to hear the prayer your servant is praying before you day and night for your servants, the people of Israel. I confess the sins we Israelites, including myself and my father’s house, have committed against you.
1:7 我們向你所行的甚是邪惡，沒有遵守你藉着僕人摩西所吩咐的誡命、律例、典章。We have acted very wickedly toward you. We have not obeyed the commands, decrees and laws you gave your servant Moses.
1:8 求你記念所吩咐你僕人摩西的話，說，你們若犯罪，我就把你們分散在萬民中；”Remember the instruction you gave your servant Moses, saying, ‘If you are unfaithful, I will scatter you among the nations,
1:9 但你們若歸向我，謹守遵行我的誡命，你們被趕散的人，雖在天涯，我也必從那裡將他們招聚回來，帶到我所選擇立為我名的居所。but if you return to me and obey my commands, then even if your exiled people are at the farthest horizon, I will gather them from there and bring them to the place I have chosen as a dwelling for my Name.’
1:10 這都是你的僕人，你的百姓，就是你用大力和大能的手，所救贖的。”They are your servants and your people, whom you redeemed by your great strength and your mighty hand.
1:11 主啊！求你側耳聽你僕人的祈禱，和喜愛敬畏你名眾僕人的祈禱，使你僕人現今亨通，在王面前蒙恩。”我是作王酒政的。O Lord, let your ear be attentive to the prayer of this your servant and to the prayer of your servants who delight in revering your name. Give your servant success today by granting him favor in the presence of this man.” I was cupbearer to the king.
